This test can determine if siblings are identical or fraternal twins. If parental samples are included in the test, the test can also determine paternity or maternity.

This test will determine the statistical probability that an adult is the grandparent of a child. While conclusive results are not possible, the accuracy of this test is increased if one of the child's parents is also tested.
Similar to the above grandparent test, this test identifies the avuncular relationship between a child and possible aunts and uncles. Testing one of the child's biological parents will increase the accuracy of this test.
